Not sure what this is going to be about... anyway, I'm 34, living in Barrachois / Cape Breton Island / Nova Scotia right now, which is ...in the middle of nowhere, it's a very quiet region but there's hope in sight as we'll be moving back to Toronto within the very close future (2 months from now (31.12.2007) hopefully) as we're missing our friends and the culture that Toronto has to offer - not that Cape Breton doesn't have any, but I don't see a future for me in fiddle music... I'm born british and have been living in Germany for 25 years (which has messed up my english quite a bit and also has given me a weird german-british accent lol) until I met my partner Allan from Toronto 4 years ago on the online chat program Icuii - we quite soon decided that I'd better move to Canada and after managing all the immigration process etc. I'm happy to be a permanent resident now. We've been living in Toronto but decided to take a time out in early 2007 which brought us to this lovely spot at the Canadian East coast. (Did I mention that it's very quiet out here?) I work in advertisement / graphics design and always enjoyed computing (not only to meet men lol) - I'm one of the rare ones somewhere between Windows and OSX, I play lots of guitar (prog rock, prog metal, neoclassical metal, anykindofmetal), I love music, progressive rock and metal, some electronica (more the old fashioned Tangerine Dream & Kraftwerk), Industrial (the classic canadians like Frontline Assembly and Skinny Puppy) and experimental music. I enjoy lots of cooking (causing weight issues right now), movies - anything from mainstream popcorn to asian underground movies. And I like furry men. Of course there aren't many gay men around here, because it's a very quiet area (did I mention that already?) :-).
